Brood of the Outerfish pg. 30 (!!)
Here we are, 30 pages in! Technically more because the first page I posted was actually two pages and because the War of the Fog intermission story was 4 pages, but let’s not split hairs.
30 pages isn’t much in the grand scheme of things, but its the furthest I’ve gotten into one comic story. And, considering I’d originally intended this entire story to be about 30 pages, it’s a testament to how much this comic has changed in its story and intentions since I began. Hell, I’d wager there’s still a good 50 pages left at this point.
I think once I’m done with this story (should be about 6 months or so), I’m going to send it in to try and get a XERIC grant (5k for self publishing cartoonists, for those not in the know). I think it’s got a chance. Anyway, I’ve been researching that.
Not soooo hot on this particular page but the next three at least are pretty damn nice if I do say so myself!
